Beacon Festival is the souths best family friendly music festival, held in Watlington each June.
The feastival is a not-for-profit event that provides the best location to watch live music – not just in Oxfordshire – but probably in the UK, with the stunning Chilterns sunset on the longest day of the year.
It is not just about the music at our event. With a purely plant-based food offering, a dedicated Kids Zone, creative workshops, a feel-good area – and of course, a well-stocked real ale bar, cider bar and guest bars – Beacon Festival is the perfect community event for all the family.

Whether you want to spend the whole weekend with us camping on site, or just to visit us on either the Friday or the Saturday, once you have been, you will keep coming back.
If you have never been to a festival then this is the one to try.
There is easy access to everything, no queues, and a wide variety of musical genres to cater for all tastes. If you are a seasoned festival-goer then we are probably already on your radar and if not, then where have you been!
When the sun starts setting over Oxfordshire late in the evening, Beacon Festival is the most magical place to be, with a drink in one hand, food in the other, with friends and family laughing around you and a wonderful mix of music filling the night sky.
Oh, and when the night does come, we light the World War 2 Beacon – once used to warn of the threat of invasion – now used to bring comfort and community to all those that can see it, for miles and miles.
Join us for a wonderful weekend.
